Logistics provided for booths:

1 blue board (1m x 1m)
1 table (exam table size)
1 chair
1 clubname plate
1 powerpoint (only for those who request for 1)

Preparatory Roles for committee members (Mandatory):
Please ask for help from the club if you cannot cope with the tasks due to certain reasons. I will help too!

SECRETARY

Please come out with a roster that indicates the shift for the 2 days. I will send you an updated list of contacts so you may get from them their timetables for Apr'10 semester.

TREASURER

Budget give for the CCA Fiesta is $20.00 for each club. Please take note that all claim forms & receipts are to be submitted to the advisor latest by 20th April 2010, 6pm (Tuesday)

Alright guys, this is a whole club thing so i'll need the whole club to help out in the preparations and in contributing ideas that will help publicize the club. A lot of people in school have no idea that sailing club existed and i honestly hope that would not happen this year! So, i sincerely seek your cooperation in this.

I have three high priority tasks right now.
  1. We need a change in the layout of the Sailing Blog as it is really outdated. People who can design, ask for the user id & pw and work your magic.
  2. We need a banner for the blue board given to us. Again, i need designers!
  3. We need a decent design for a flyer that will help publicize the club. Then again, i need designers!

I need an idea of everything before we can go set up the booth next sunday so we only have about a week. (We can probably arrange a time to meet up and discuss. All of us.) So, voice out your thoughts! If you have designer friends that can help. We would greatly appreciate his/her help too! Let's all make this happen so that we'll have an awesome start for the year alright?!
