Hello dear people!
Okay, in preparation for the upcoming Sailing Camp, we need you wunderkins to fill in the indemnity forms. Please take note that there are TWO forms that you will have to print and fill up. I have sent all of you the forms via e-mail.
- Indemnity Form (Print this out and fill in your relevant details)
- Permission To Stay Overnight Form (This is a scanned version so print this out and fill itup as well)
Bring these forms on the day of the camp itself. Do take note that without these forms, you WILL be made to go home to take them. Don't say we never warn you ah! Alright, do check back for further updates!
