URGENT NOTICE FOR ALL SAILORS
Hi, this is small Joel, treasurer. I need to address some very urgent matters to all sailors and I require everybody's utmost cooperation.
Firstly Year Ones...
Hi year ones, this is my post to you guys =), and its kindda bad news.
I will urgently need to meet ALL frieshies, year 1 sailors who went for the BSC tomorrow at 12pm to whatever time you are free (meaning anytime from 12pm to about 5pm). This is so because our CCA Advisor, Ms Faith Hong has just informed me that the my total claims submitted for the BSC has overshot $1,000. In this case, Ngee Ann will not allow me be able to collect the claims on behalf of you guys. What needs to be done is you peeps will have to meet me, do up your claims, and I'll submit the claims on behalf of you guys.
Why you will need to do the claims individually and not the Treasurer is because when you do the claims individually the amount will not reach the limit of $1,000. What happen is this time I'm not claiming the money then returning to you guys. You will be doing up the claims yourself and the money will be deposited directly to your bank. I will need you to fill up your bank details etc. In addition, make sure that your/ your parents bank account is registered with the NPAL. This is where Ngee Ann will return the claims to you. You can go NPAL and have a look whether a bank account is registered. If there's no bank account registered, you will need to make a copy of your particulars page (1st page) of the bank book, and with your IC, go to the Student Services thingie @ Atrium and make a registration.
I think this is the first time our Sailing Club has claimed such a hugh amount, as such this situation is rather unique. Btw, I really need to meet you guys by this week because the claims has to be done asap. I need to submit the claims by next Monday. Ms Faith Hong has stressed to me that she might have problems explaining to the finance dept if the claims are submitted late.

Secondly Year 2s and 3s...
As expected, money issues. Its already the end of July. I want everyone to make their full payment by tmr so that I can make payment to SAFYC probably this Saturday. I'm going to take a cab in so don't make me make multiple trips. Here are the list of names as well as the amounts you owe sailing club. I think I have sent enough individual emails and have waited long enough for the money.
In alphabetical order (outstanding debts from March to July)
Alvin - $65 +$65
Daniel Low - $65 + $65
James - $80
Max - $32.50
Sean - $65
Tze Yang - $65 + $65
This is the final price including July's fees, pay to me by tmr. Only Samuel and Justin have paid for July. Similarly, I will be lurkin around school from 12pm to whatever time you need me to be in school, you can pass me cash during those timings. If you want to deposit to the Sailing bank account then you are welcomed to do so but make sure you remember to do so asap.

In addition, from probably next week onwards, Sean, your assistant treasurer will be taking over my treasurer duties as my exams and attachments are around the corner. Give him your full support if he needs anything from you guys. =D
