If you're unable to attend physical trainings, please inform either me or Max in advance.
If suay-suay on that day you have a sudden urgent meeting to attend to/have a bad case of food poisoning/etc and your phone's not working (worse case scenario), please exercise a lil proactiveness and e-mail us your reasons the day after.
As long as you inform us of your absence and the reason behind it (which had better be valid), you won't have to suffer my wrath and incessant hounding. O:-)
