Byte Team Water Training will start training from August onwards at National Sailing Center (NSC). There will be many stuff need to be done so keep yourself FREE on every SATURDAY of JULY. We will need to settle these stuff on the SATURDAYS.

Laser Team Water Training will start training from JULY . But ONLY SOME WILL START ON JULY. It will be Singapore Arm Force Yacht Club Changi (SAFYC). There is also some stuff need to be done so keep yourself FREE on every SATURDAY of JULY. We will need to settle these stuff on the SATURDAYS.

Don't be late and RIG UP the by 0945hrs so that we can have more water time. By the way I have come up with the CALLING SYSTEM, please take note of it below.
3. CALLING SYSTEM
All the sailors will be team up in TEAMS of 4. Currently there will only be 4 TEAMS. Wait until August there will be a few more teams.Let me explain the SYSTEM first then follow by the TEAMS.
The system goes like this...
- All Sailors in the Team will have to give each other a MORNING CALL or MESSAGE to check whether he/ she is up.
- When reach TANAH MEARH MRT, where all the SAILORS in that TEAM have turn up. The TEAM can SET OFF TO SAFYC FIRST. NEED NOT WAIT for the other teams.
- When reach SAFYC, fill up the forms for yourself, DON'T FILL in for the other TEAMS. The OTHER TEAMS SAILORS sign FILL IN THE FORM YOURSELF. REMEMBER TO SIGN for yourself on the form.
- RIG UP the boats by 0945hrs.
QUESTIONS...
1. What if one of my sailor in my TEAM LATE for the the MEETING TIME at TANAH MEARH MRT, should the rest of the TEAM WAIT for him?
Answer: Give the person a 10 MINUTE ALLOWANCE. If couldn't make it. Ask him to go with the other TEAMS. MAKE DECISION ON YOUR OWN DON'T RELY ON OTHERS TOO MUCH.
2. What if my TEAM only have 1 PERSON or 2 PERSON include me that should be going for the TRAINING for that month. Should we 2 just SET OFF BY OURSELF?
Answer: NO, you can JOIN the other TEAMS to make up a number of AT LEAST 3 SAILORS then set off. BE FLEXIBILE, PLAY AROUND WITH THE NUMBER TO CUT THE COST ON CAB.
3. What if I am the ONLY ONE in MY TEAM going for training for the day. Who can give me a MORNING CALL ?
Answer: You are ON YOUR OWN. OR you can get the OTHER TEAMS SAILORS to call you up. TAKE INITIATIVE TO ASK OTHERS.
