ok..I need to confirm how many of you guys is going to this BIG EVENT by this FRIDAY 08/12/06 ... If there is more than 20 sailors the price will be $73/- w/GST if not it will be $78/- plus plus plus ....hahaha... Confirm the date again is 27/12/06...

1. JOEL "I DO " (Apply to Female Sailors ONLY!!!)
2. Passport NO.
3. Passport Expiry Date (at least 6 months validity)
4. Full Name
